Returns
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days after the parcel is delivered.
Conditions:
- The product and its packaging must be unused and undamaged.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as the receipt, is required.
Process:

- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Return Address: Contact our support team for the return address details.
Note: Products with damaged packaging, or products that are used or broken, will not be eligible for return.
Replacements
Eligibility:
- Replacements are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping:
- The replacement shipment will be sent after the original product is returned to us and deemed eligible for replacement.
Refunds
Conditions:
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel to confirm its eligibility.
- Refunds will not be granted for items with damaged or missing packaging, or for used or worn products.
Important Notes
- Returns or replacements will only be accepted if the product meets all the conditions mentioned above.
- Any damage caused during return shipping will result in the product being ineligible for a refund or replacement. Please ensure proper packaging while returning the product.
