1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across Pakistan. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days.
  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specific amount. Check our website for ongoing promotions.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to track your shipment’s progress through the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • For damaged or incomplete deliveries, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package for assistance.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

8. Return to Sender (RTS)
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, non-availability of the recipient, or non-payment (in the case of COD), the order will be marked as Return to Sender (RTS). Additional charges may apply for redelivery.

9. Changes to the Shipping Address
To request changes to your shipping address after placing an order, contact our support team within 12 hours. Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
